Membrane Switch & Panel manufactures membrane switches, graphic overlays and nameplates. We support our OEM customers through product development, from prototype to production, and from first articles to volume manufacturing. We have state-of-the-art  tools to assist in meeting your specifications; 3-D printing capabilities, 3-D scanning, digital print proof, laser cutting prior to hard tooling, and a wide range of sample configurations are available to our customers. Once your part is ready for manufacturing, we can run high-volume, semi-automatic screen printing of conductive compounds and graphic inks, digital sheet-fed high resolution printing, adhesive lamination and finishing, clamshell die-cutting and embossing, and final assembly and test.

We offer a wide range of value-add capabilities, including PCB assembly, CNC machining and CO2 laser vector cutting and engraving, including application of UID barcodes, 2-D data matrix barcodes, and variable data serialization. All of our work is performed in our Costa Mesa, California facility located on the runway at Orange County’s John Wayne airport.
